Обычно, когда говорят о вальсах, то подразумевают Штрауса и Чайковского. Я согласен. Но есть менее популярные произведения, которые я люблю переслушивать.
Вальс из серенады Antonin Dvorak


и вальс Свиридова из "Метели".
